Rate: 

$350.00 per night - Peak Season

$300.00 per night - Off Season

Amenity/Cleaning Fee:  $80.00 (non-refundable)

Pet Policy:  No Pets Allowed

Booking Policy:
Rates are subject to the Idaho 8% sales & lodging tax.  Two-night minimum required during peak season (Memorial Day to Labor Day).  Three-night minimum required during holiday weekends.  A $100 deposit is required at time of booking, the balance due one week before your stay.  No refund with less than 30 days advance notice unless property is re-rented. We accept personal checks, cashiers checks, & money orders.

Just wanted to thank you for the use of the School House Inn in August.  We enjoyed ourselves again.  One would think the water activities would be the highlight of a Lava trip, but the School House Inn stole the show once again.  That is why we go to Lava.  It allows us to be with our friends the whole weekend, cook together, play, rest, etc.  The kids love it also.
